The truffle crème is the perfect addition for an everyday dish as it magically brings the flavour out of food in no time, and also adds a light touch of gourmet. Spread it on homemade bread or use it as a topping on fish, pasta and risotto. Once opened: consume within 1 week and store in a cold place. Ingredients: 57% mushrooms, cream (@milk), 7% ceps cream (creps 91%, duck fat, shallots, salt), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, flavouring, 1,5% white summer truffle (Tuber aestivum), salt, spices, acidity regulator (lactic acid).

Sel de Guérande from Nicolas Vahé is the perfect finish salt and deserves to be served directly at the table. The salt gets its name from the Guérande area in France where it is made. The concentrated flavor and wonderful aroma is fantastic, and will inspire you to experiment with the salt in different dishes. Ingredients: 97% Guérande-Salz, Aroma, 1% getrockneter Sommertrüffel (Tuber Aestivum).

The glaze is made from balsamic vinegar that is cooked for several hours and then reduced to a delicious and very intense glaze. Try the intense and rich flavour of truffle glaze. It is perfect to enhance the flavour of any casserole, grilled meat or salad dressing. Ingredients: Concentrated grape must, 38% balsamic vinegar from Modena IGP (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colour (sulphite ammonia caramel)), modified corn starch, truffle flavouring.
