CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wool is a natural fibre and as such it is naturally dirt resistance which means you don't need to wash your woollen item every time you wear it. To give it a quick freshen up hang in a ventilated area for a while and allow the fibres to breathe. When you do need to wash it best to wash on a low heat, 30 degrees maximum and on a delicate setting. Wool should not be wrung or tumble dried, instead dry flat to ensure the shape of the garment does not get distorted. This also goes for storage, wool should be folded and sorted flat, not hung as this can cause impression marks at the shoulder and cause the garment to stretch. Like all natural fibres it needs to breathe so do not store in plastic to prevent moths, instead add a lavender pouch to your wardrobe to avoid any unwanted pests. Before wear give your knit a shake to restore the shape, remove creases and get the fluffiness back into the item. Ironing is not recommend but any tough creases can be removed with a gentle steam.
Wool is a natural fibre and as such can be prone to pilling. This is not a fault with the fabric but instead the nature of the yarns and can be easily fixed. Pills can be removed with a fabric shaver or pilling comb to bring the garment back to its original quality.
