Fig & Earl Grey Jam

LBJ Fig & Earl Grey Jam 220g. 

This cult flavour is a firm LBJ favourite – now it is available as part of the LBJ classic range. Made with the juiciest figs and cooked with earl grey tea producing a sweet – but ever so slight savoury – jam due to the texture/flavour from the fig seeds. Highly recommended on toast but equally as delicious served on a bruschetta with feta cheese, rocket & olive oil. 

Ingredients: figs, unrefined cane sugar, lemon juice concentrate, bergamot oil, earl grey tea.
